Youth Council Retreat: June 5th/6th
This is the year that you take control of camp. We are forming a youth counsel to plan the two-week session.
The planning retreat will be June 5th/6th. We'll meet @ noon on Saturday for lunch at Bud's house, stay overnight at camp, and head home Sunday after lunch.
It's your time and your community, so whatever you want to do we'll stand behind (within reason). You can contact Daniel to join the council, post a comment here with suggestions, and stay tuned for updates.

1949-2009
2009 was the 25th consecutive year of summer camp hosted by Bud and Barb. Although the they officially founded the Sangre de Cristo Youth Ranch in 1985, Dr. Wilson started providing free youth enrichment programs on the ranch over 60 years ago.
SCYR 2007
We celebrated a quarter century of transformative summers with the first camp reunion last Labor Day. Campers past, present and future enjoyed a weekend of meeting new friends, designing T-shirts, playing with the horses, goat roasting, floating down the Rio Grande, pizzas from the horno, and of course: working on the ranch.
